Caramel Popcorn

Last night I realized I had not gotten teacher gifts for my children's teachers. Oh, no. And, I had 5 teachers to buy for. Well, I decided to make them homemade caramel popcorn and put them in a 5 cup containers with a red lid and a bow on top. I used a recipe that I had gotten at an Enrichment Meeting about 5 years ago and never used. Oh my goodness. It was sooo good. The popcorn is very sticky and good and so delicious. I thought I would share.

1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup corn syrup
2 cups brown sugar
1 cup butter

Stir in a sauce pan and brink to the soft ball stage (235 degrees). Pour over air popped popcorn. I used 1 cup unpopped popcorn, popped. Mix and enjoy!
