Homemade Caramels
Today I made homemade caramel for the first time. It is so yummy, but I think it got too hot so it is pretty hard to chew. Still very good. Taneal was chewing and . . .

I little tip we learned last year about hard caramels, if you reheat it and add some half and half to it then let it set up again it should soften. You can find the exact instructions here http://www.ehow.com/how_4671330_cream-caramel-that-got-hard.html
