The first time I ever heard of "all edge brownie", I thought they were crazy. I think I may have even posted about it. I can't remember. I may have just thought about posting about it, as I do a lot recently. I think about posting a lot, just never get around to it. And as lame as this is, I'm going to post about it.
Because it doesn't matter if it is the brownies, or the cake, or the cinnamon rolls, or whatever. We go for the middle. Or shall I say, I have always gone for the middle. And I wish I could have taught my children to go for the hard, crusty outer edges, they followed my example and go for the best pieces in the middle.
