Thankful #10 Make-up

Make-up hides almost everything. If you are having a lousy day, put on make-up and nobody will know. If you are tired, try the make-up. Again, nobody will look at you and realize just how tired you are. Make-up works the same for being sick. Believe me, I tried it for 9 months six different times. That's a total of 63 months! If I could have only kept my mouth shut nobody would ever had known I was even sick. And make up can also be fun. It can also be a curse. If everyone gets used to seeing you in make-up, when you go without, somebody thinks you are sick, even if you aren't. My friend asked me if I was pregnant because of the lack of make-up. She said since I never go without my make-up and she had seen me twice that week without it, she knew I had to be pregnant. And she was right. That was with Gavin. No, I am not pregnant right now. And I am trying the make-up, just never seem to find a free moment when I have my make-up bag around. I do feel go, I'm not hiding anything today. But I am thankful for the stuff, it makes this old barn look better painted.
