As my kids were having their weekly lessons for piano, they noticed that the "c" key didn't work. And we also couldn't find that darn metronome that my kids needed to use for practice. Fortunately about the time the metronome went missing, we pulled out all the Christmas decorations and lo and behold, inside one of the stockings was another metronome that I had bought originally and then lost. There really aren't a lot of hiding places, I don't think my house has much clutter. But when you put it in with the Christmas decorations and then those decoration are put up in the attic, there is no way I will find it.
But what about our new metronome? Things come up missing all the time. Especially with Gavin around.
But man, I just had the piano tuned about 6 months ago and I really didn't want to have to call that piano repair guy back out and pay him something like $150+. All to repair a broken key.
I had to go into work one day and Camie texted me this picture. Somehow the newer metronome had gotten caught inside the piano blocking the "c" key.
I came home, went right to the piano and pulled out the metronome The key works again, and now we have 2 metronomes, just on case one gets lost again.
